   On page 89, line 3, increase the general fund--state appropriation for FY 2007 by $3,000,000

   On page 89, line 14, correct the total.

EFFECT: Increases the number of children receiving health coverage through the Children's Health program in the Department of Social and Health Services from a total of 10,000 children on July, 2006 and 11,300 children on October, 2006 to a total of 12,890 children on July 1, 2006 and 14,200 children on January, 2007.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $3,000,000.
