   On page 97, line 24, increase the health services account--state appropriation by $3,000,000.

   On page 97, line 26, correct the total.

EFFECT: Increases the Health Care Authority Health Services Account appropriation by $3,000,000, sufficient to increase the enrollment in the Basic Health Plan by approximately 1,425 enrollees, beginning July 1, 2006.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases Other Funds by $3,000,000.
