   On page 224, line 21, correct the total.

   On page 226, after line 12, insert the following:

   "(7) $375,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2007 is provided solely to support the border policy research institute at Western Washington University"

EFFECT: $375,000 is provided to support the Border Policy Research Institute at Western Washington University.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $375,000
