EFFECT:
Eliminates funding for Center for Improvement of Student Learning (CISL). Provides a 1% salary increase for Certificated Instructional Staff who have less than 1 year of experience, and a .5% increase for Certificated Instructional Staff who have more than 1 but less than 2 years of experience.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Reduces General Fund-State by $187,000.
