   On page 83, line 21, after "(20)" strike "$10,000,000" and insert "$14,036,000"

   On page 83, line 22, after "and" strike "$10,000,000" and insert "$14,036,000"

EFFECT: Funding is provided to the Department of Social and Health Services Aging and Adult Services Program to increase weighted average nursing facility payment rates from $156.61 per patient day to $158.55 per patient day in fiscal year 2007, in accordance with separate legislation (SHB 2716).

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $4,036,000.

Increases Other Funds by $4,036,000.
