EFFECT: Reduces funding in the Office of the Governor's Puget Sound Action Team (PSAT) budget by $303,000 in fiscal year 2007. Changes funding from an appropriation to both the PSAT and the Hood Canal coordinating council to only the PSAT in coordination with the Hood Canal coordinating council to contract for a study in Hood Canal. Changes a one-time study to the initial phase of a two-part study of Hood Canal.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State by $303,000.
