   On page 22, line 3, reduce the general fund--state appropriation for FY 06 by $250,000

   On page 23, line 8, correct the total.

   On page 28, beginning on line 14, strike all of subsection 24

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any references accordingly.

   On page 97, line 15, increase the general fund--state appropriation for FY 07 by $235,000

   On page 97, line 26, correct the total.

   On page 100, after line 38, insert the following:

   "(16) $235,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2007 is provided solely for pilot project funding for the operational expenses of Thurston County project access, which facilitates the donation of health care services for the uninsured."

EFFECT: Reduces the Community Trade and Economic Development budget by removing $250,000 general fund state of appropriation for the Pacific Science Center to host the dead sea scrolls exhibit, and increases the Health Care Authority budget in section 213 by $235,000 for pilot project funding for the Thurston County Project Access.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State by $15,000.
