On page 2, beginning on line 2, strike "and at the applicant's expense" and insert "from a list provided by the department of licensing"
EFFECT: Removes the requirement that applicants pay for an interpreter during a driving test. Requires the applicant to choose an interpreter from a list of interpreters provided to the Department of Licensing by DSHS.
