   On page 4, line 7 of the amendment, after "standards." insert "The rules shall provide that the biodiesel refiner is responsible for meeting the ASTM standards required by this act."

EFFECT: Specifies that the biodiesel refiner is responsible for meeting the ASTM standards that are adopted by rule by the Director of Agriculture under this Act.
