   On page 2, after line 7, insert

   "(5) The department of health shall prepare an informational pamphlet containing information on the relationship between the consumption of carbonated beverages and children's health. The department shall complete the pamphlet by December 1, 2006. The department shall revise the pamphlet annually. After December 31, 2006, retailers of carbonated beverages must make the department of health pamphlet available at a prominent location at their place of business."

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Health to prepare an informational pamphlet on carbonated beverages and children's health. Retailers of carbonated beverages must display the pamphlet.
