   Beginning on page 4, line 9, strike all of sections 7 and 8

   Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct title and internal references accordingly.

   Beginning on page 14, line 14, strike all of section 12

   Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct title and internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Strikes the amendments to the I-601 expenditure limit laws that would have adjusted the limit upward for the appropriations in the bill and avoided a decrease in the expenditure limit for program cost shifts.
