On page 2, after line 18, insert the following:

"Any contact with the petition signature gatherer that constitutes harassment under RCW 9A.46.020 constitutes a class C felony. This penalty does not preclude the victim from seeking any other remedy otherwise available under law."

On page 3, after line 17, insert the following:

"Any contact with the petition signature gatherer that constitutes harassment under RCW 9A.46.020 constitutes a class C felony. This penalty does not preclude the victim from seeking any other remedy otherwise available under law."

On page 4, after line 18, insert the following:

"Any contact with the petition signature gatherer that constitutes harassment under RCW 9A.46.020 constitutes a class C felony. This penalty does not preclude the victim from seeking any other remedy otherwise available under law."

Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
