"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 12   The department shall provide retailers a detailed list of items in their inventory that may contain polybrominated diphenyl ethers. The department shall provide to retailers labels stating, "WARNING: Some experts believe that ingestion of brominated flame retardants may cause adverse health effects. This product is not for human consumption." These labels must be affixed in a conspicuous manner on all products sold in this state that contain polybrominated diphenyl ethers."
