On page 2, beginning on line 17, after "designer;" strike "one member shall be an outside line worker;" and insert "one member shall be a representative of a business operating an electricity generation facility fueled by biomass energy based on solid organic fuels from wood, forest, or field residues, or dedicated energy crops that do not include wood pieces that have been treated with chemical preservatives such as creosote, pentachlorophenol, or copper-chrome-arsenic;"
