On page 2, line 1 of the amendment, after "1994" strike ", and until July 1, 2008"
On page 2, line 3 of the amendment, after "weight." strike "After July 1, 2008" and insert "Commencing three years from the date that the total maximum daily load to restore and maintain dissolved oxygen in the Spokane river and Lake Spokane (Long Lake) is approved by the United States environmental protection agency"
EFFECT: Provides that the 0.5 percent phosphorus limit in dishwashing detergent takes effect three years from the date that currently studied TMDL standards regarding Spokane river and Lake Spokane are approved by the EPA.
