On page 2, line 1 of the amendment, after "1994" strike ", and until July 1, 2008"
On page 2, beginning on line 3 of the amendment, after "weight." strike all material through "weight." on line 5 and insert "Beginning July 1, 2008, and ending one month from the date of completion of either construction or upgrading of wastewater treatment facilities, or both, within Spokane county that discharge into the Spokane river, a person may not sell or distribute for sale a dishwashing detergent that contains 0.5 percent or more phosphorus by weight."
EFFECT: Provides that the 0.5 percent phosphorus limit will commence July 1, 2008, and expire one month after completion of construction and/or upgrading of wastewater treatment facilities within Spokane county discharging into the Spokane river.
