On page 6, after line 33 of the amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7 No retainer health care practice shall deny
coverage to any person solely on account of race, religion, national
origin, or the presence of any sensory, mental, education, or economic
status, physical handicap, or sexual orientation."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Requires retainer medicine practices to abide by antidiscrimination requirements.
