On page 2, beginning on line 1 of the amendment, after "(iii)" strike all material through "sources" on line 2, and insert "The party seeking such news or information has made a reasonable attempt to obtain it from alternative sources"
EFFECT: Amends the third prong of the test to specify that the party must have made a reasonable attempt to obtain the news or information from alternative sources, rather than having exhausted all reasonable and available means.
