On page 12, line 9, after "United States." insert "For recommendations concerning commercial clothes washers, the department must also consider the fiscal effects on the low-income, elderly, and student populations."
EFFECT: Removes the efficiency standards for commercial clothes washers. If CTED recommends efficiency standards for commercial clothes washers, it must consider the fiscal effects on the low-income, elderly, and student populations.
