On page 5, beginning on line 9, strike all of subsection (2) and insert the following:
     "(2) The county legislative authority must appoint representatives from local posts or chapters of nationally recognized veterans' service organizations, located within the county, with each post or chapter being entitled to one position on the board. Additionally, the county may appoint one veteran from the county, representing veterans at large, to serve on the board. Only veterans are eligible to serve as board members."
