On page 2, line 33, after "budget" insert ";
(iv) The adoption of a planned action ordinance, including any
related documents, under the procedures set forth in chapter 197-11
WAC;
(v) The annexation of land located in an urban growth boundary
under the procedures set forth in chapter 35.13 RCW; and
(vi) An amendment necessary to provide for fifty or more jobs
within an urban growth boundary providing compensation greater than the
regional median household income"
EFFECT: Allows more frequent updates under three scenarios:
(1) Use of the SEPA planned action WAC for early environmental
impact review;
(2) Annexation of unincorporated areas within the urban growth
boundary;
(3) An amendment is necessary to provide fifty or more good jobs
within an urban growth area.
