On page 3, line 4, after "end," strike "and"
On page 3, line 6, after "day" insert ", and the activity is in conformity with federal law. The operator must be a licensed driver and at least eighteen years old"
EFFECT: The driver's license exemption relating to trams at horse racing facilities is permissible to the extent that the exemption is not contrary to federal law. In all instances, the operator must be a licensed driver and at least 18 years old.
