On page 16, line 17, following "Lewis and Clark confluence project" strike "$1,500,000" and insert "$2,500,000"

On page 17, on lines 10, 12, and 15, increase the amounts by $1,000,000.

Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Increases the amount for the Lewis & Clark Confluence Project from $1.5 M to $2.5 M.
