Background:

The County Road Administration Board administers the county portion of the motor vehicle fuel tax, issues standards of good practice, and provides technical services to the road departments of Washington's 39 counties.

The County Road Administration Board is composed of three members from counties with a population of 125,000 or more, four members from counties with a population from 12,000 to less than 125,000, and two members from counties with a population less than 12,000.

Summary:

The County Road Administration Board membership population thresholds are revised to state that four members are to come from counties with a population from 25,000 to less than 125,000, and two members from counties with a population less than 25,000.
