Background: Chapter 1.04 RCW establishes the Revised Code of Washington and the general numbering system. Chapter 1.08 establishes the Statute Law Committee and the duties of the Code Reviser, which include codification of the session laws in the RCW.

Chapter 71.34 RCW governs public mental health treatment for minors.

Summary of Bill: The Code Reviser must recodify Chapter 71.34 RCW in a particular order with sub-chapter headings. There are no changes to the content of any section.
