Background: The Liquor Control Board currently operates 160 state retail liquor stores and has contracts with 154 vendor or agency liquor stores. The persons who operate those stores are referred to as contract or agency store managers. Most of the agency and vendor stores are located in more rural parts of the state.

Summary of Bill: Statutes referencing agency and vendor liquor stores and managers of these stores are updated to reflect their current name: contract liquor stores and contract liquor store managers.
