Background: Under current law, four members of the county road administration board are to come from counties with a population from 12,000 to less than 125,000 and two members are to come from counties with a population of less than 12,000.

Summary of Bill: Four members of the county road administration board are to come from counties with a population from 20,000 to less than 125,000 and two members are to come from counties with a population of less than 20,000.
