     AN ACT Relating to arbitration agreements in long-term care facility disputes; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   The legislature's intent in enacting RCW 70.129.105 was not to preclude long-term care facilities and nursing facilities from offering arbitration agreements to residents.
