     AN ACT Relating to authorizing horse racing handicapping contests for patrons of a class 1 racing association live race meet; and adding a new section to chapter 67.16 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   A new section is added to chapter 67.16 RCW to read as follows:
     A handicapping contest authorized by the commission involving the outcome of multiple horse races and conducted by a licensed class 1 racing association for patrons at a live race meet is not subject to the provisions of this chapter or to any commission rules.
