     AN ACT Relating to the sunset review of certain health insurance provisions; adding new sections to chapter 43.131 RCW; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   A new section is added to chapter 43.131 RCW to read as follows:
     The provisions of chapter 48.21 RCW, group and blanket disability insurance, shall be terminated July 1, 2008, as provided in section 2 of this act.

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 2   A new section is added to chapter 43.131 RCW to read as follows:
     The following acts or parts of acts, as now existing or hereafter amended, are each repealed, effective July 1, 2009:
