     AN ACT Relating to requiring disclosure of information regarding work done for the state of Washington; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 1   The legislature intends to change requirements related to disclosure of information about state contracts that are performed, in whole or in part, at locations outside the United States.
