AN ACT Relating to allowing spas to serve wine to their customers who are twenty-one years of age or older; and adding new sections to chapter 66.12 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1 A new section is added to chapter 66.12 RCW
to read as follows:
Nothing in this title applies to or prevents a spa from offering or
supplying without charge wine by the individual glass to a customer for
consumption on the premises. However, the customer must be at least
twenty-one years of age and may only be offered one glass of wine, and
the wine must be purchased under this title.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2 A new section is added to chapter 66.12 RCW
to read as follows:
The board may adopt rules to implement section 1 of this act.
