     WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8400 established cutoff dates for consideration of legislation during the 2005 Regular Session of the Fifty-Ninth Legislature;
     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the State of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the cutoff dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8400 shall not apply to: House Bill No. 1515 (Expanding the jurisdiction of the human rights commission).
