WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8414 established cutoff
dates for consideration of legislation during the 2006 Regular Session
of the Fifty-Ninth Legislature;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the State of
Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the cutoff
dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8414 shall not
apply to Senate Joint Resolution No. 8222 (Establishing a rainy day
reserve fund) and Senate Bill No. 6471 (Implementing a proposed
constitutional amendment creating a rainy day reserve fund).
