WHEREAS, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8414 established cutoff
dates for consideration of legislation during the 2006 Regular Session
of the Fifty-Ninth Legislature;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the State of
Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That the cutoff
dates established in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8414 shall not
apply to Substitute House Bill No. 3293 (Regarding disorderly conduct)
or Substitute House Bill No. 2688 (Addressing the law enforcement
officers' and fire fighters' retirement system plan 1).
