(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

Designates regulations for the processing of milk and milk products.

Provides that all moneys received for licenses under chapter 15.36 RCW shall be deposited in the general fund, except that all moneys received for annual milk processing plant licenses under RCW 15.36.051 shall be deposited in the agricultural local fund established under RCW 43.23.230.
