Provides that any cemetery authority offering single burial use of multiple internment space, or any internment whereby a single burial use is offered in a burial plot where multiple internments will be made, must include the following, or a substantially similar disclosure printed on the internment contract in regular sized font before the signature lines:

Single burial use of a multiple internment space means that more than one casket may be buried in layers in the same burial plot.
