   On page 1, line 28 of the amendment, after "dog" strike all text through "losses" on line 30 of the amendment

EFFECT: Provides that nothing in the bill shall be construed to restrict the ability of an insurer to charge different premiums for homeowner's insurance based on the presence of a specific breed of dog. Strikes a corresponding condition that the premiums be reasonably and substantially related to articulable, actual, and quantifiable risks or losses.
