   On page 16, line 24, increase the general fund--state appropriation for FY 2009 by $50,000

   On page 17, line 22, correct the total.

   On page 23, line 20, strike "$75,000" and insert "$125,000"

   On page 23, line 21, strike "$75,000" and insert "$125,000"

EFFECT: Increases the general fund--state appropriation by $50,000 in each fiscal year for the Poulsbo Marine Science Center in the Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development. The total General Fund State appropriation for the Poulsbo Marine Science Center for the 2007-09 biennium would be $250,000.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $100,000.
