   On page 1, line 14, after "protections for" strike "both high school and"

   Beginning on page 1, line 17, strike all of section 2

   Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct the title.

EFFECT: Strikes the section of the bill that deals with public high school student expression in school-sponsored media. Removes a reference to high school students from the intent section.
