   On page 4, line 4 of the amendment, after "out of the" strike "accident" and insert "((accident))medical aid"

EFFECT: Changes current law so that, if a state fund worker is required to attend an independent medical examination and it causes the worker to be absent from work without pay, compensation for lost wages is paid out of the medical aid fund (instead of the accident fund).
