   On page 16, beginning on line 19, strike all of section 21

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Deletes provisions relating to coroners and medical examiners, including (1) explicit requirements for coroners and medical examiners and procurement organizations to cooperate in facilitating opportunities to recover anatomical gifts; (2) requirements for a procurement organization to provide certain records to the coroner or medical examiner when recovering a part; and (3) a prohibition against coroners or medical examiners making anatomical gifts unless the body or part was the subject of anatomical gift.
