     On page 8, after line 34, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 10   RCW 47.46.180 (Legislative oversight committee) and 2002 c 114 s 25 are each repealed."

     Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Eliminates the legislative oversight committee established to oversee contracts issued under the public-private transportation initiatives program.
