   On page 4, after line 25, insert the following:

   "(b) establish discounts for individuals who utilize tolled facilities in order to access a place of employment; and"

   Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires the state tolling authority to establish discounts for individuals who use tolled facilities to access a place of employment.
