   On page 2, line 18, after "cans." insert "Official gathering does not include rodeos, draft horse plough shows, or agricultural fairs included in RCW 15.76.120."

EFFECT: Removes fairs from the illustrative list in the definition of "official gathering." Exempts rodeos, draft horse plough shows and agricultural fairs from the definition of "official gathering."
