   On page 99, line 2, decrease the general fund--state appropriation for FY 09 by $465,000.

   On page 99, line 4, decrease the general fund--federal appropriation by $393,000.

   On page 99, line 10, correct the total.

   On page 102, line 32, strike all of subsection 13.

   Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively.

EFFECT: Eliminates the funding and requirement for DSHS to increase the gross income limits for food stamp eligibility to 200% of the federal poverty level.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces General Fund-State by $465,000.

Reduces Other Funds by $393,000.
