   On page 153, line 35, increase the vessel response account--state appropriation by $200,000.

   On page 154, line 15, increase the state toxics control account--state appropriation by $350,000.

   On page 154, line 19, increase the local toxics control account--state appropriation by $350,000.

   On page 155, after line 3, insert the following:

   "Aquatic Lands Enhancement Account--State Appropriation . . . . . $300,000

   Coastal Protection Account--State Appropriation . . . . .

. . $800,000"

   On page 155, line 5, correct the total.

EFFECT: Funding is provided for a standby emergency response tugboat at Neah Bay.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases other funds by $2,000,000.
