   On page 265, line 9, correct the total.

   On page 266, line 15, after "2008 and" strike "$7,500,000" and insert "(($7,500,000)) $9,200,000"

EFFECT: Increases the amount provided solely for increasing salaries and benefits for part time faculty at community and technical colleges by $1,700,000.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $1,700,000.
