EFFECT: Directs the Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development to develop logos and signage for counties as well as cities and removes the requirement that utility companies report all voluntary urban forestry donations to the Department of Revenue and that the Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development must report the total amount of donations to the Office of Financial Management.
