   On page 2, line 1, after "information" insert "to students"

   On page 2, line 4, after "required" strike "; and" insert ". The chief academic officer may waive the disclosure requirement provided in (1)(a)(iv) of this section, on a case by case basis, provided that students can reliably expect that nearly all information regarding course materials is available four weeks before the start of the class for which the materials are required."

EFFECT: Clarifies that disclosures must be made to students and allows chief academic officers to waive the disclosure requirements on a case by case basis.
